Sales & Returns Policy

Returns:

Our policy allows for returns within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. To qualify for a return, the item must be: Unused and in its original condition. Returned in the original packaging with tags and wrapping intact.

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued unless the product is defective, as determined by the merchant or applicable laws. If deemed defective: The product must be shipped back to the merchant within 30 days of purchase. Items must be completely unused, unaltered, and include all original packaging, tags, and wrapping. Ownership of a package transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Muva BB is not responsible for lost, held, or stolen packages.

Incorrect Address:

If an incorrect address is provided at checkout and the order has been shipped, the customer is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier regarding delivery issues. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for orders sent to incorrect addresses. Muva BB reserves the right to limit or deny any return or exchange, regardless of receipt status. All returns are subject to verification and must comply with state laws. Final decisions regarding returns or exchanges rest solely with the company owner.

Shipping Returns:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. For returns exceeding $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery. Muva BB is not liable for items lost in transit.

Shipping Timeline:

Orders typically ship within 5-10 business days after a mandatory 24-72 hour processing period. Please note: Processing time is up to 3 full business days. Shipping time: 5-10 business days depending on location. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Delays:

Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, which are beyond our control. Address Accuracy: Double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. Incorrect addresses will result in cancellations or delayed processing. Non-Delivery: Muva BB is not responsible for packages lost in transit or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

Processing and Delivery Schedule:

We process and deliver orders Monday through Friday, excluding Thursdays and holidays. We do not process or deliver orders on weekends. For flagged orders or questionable addresses, additional processing time may be required. In such cases, proof of identification may be requested to ensure the security of your payment.
